In today’s episode, Allan discusses one habit found in the book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey. That habit is “Be Proactive.” Being proactive is all about focusing on what you can control, rather than being reactive. Reactive people let their circumstances control them. Allan encourages you to have intentional control over your life by recognizing how much of your life is within your control and spending the vast majority of your time focusing only on that.
